Laura Sinclair
Office Manager
Laura joined the Rubiix team in 2019. With over 13 years’ experience in the finance industry, she has a thorough understanding of accounting systems and thrives on being able to offer comprehensive support to the team and our clients.
Passionate about food and music, Laura spends her time outside of Rubiix exploring Melbourne’s vibrant culture, best dishes and hidden venues. When she can (and the weather allows), Laura also enjoys camping to relax and unwind.

Emily Campbell
Admin Assistant
Emily has a diploma in Business which she completed in 2016 after working as a junior Admin in Tasmania.
Emily then took some time to create and raise her family and is now our Admin superstar. No task is too big or too small.
Emily crafts in my spare time; her favourite is sewing clothes for her children. Gardening and cleaning are Emily’s go-to stress relievers and she loves to see the results of her hard work.

Kerry Newcombe
Finance Officer & Bookkeeper
Kerry joined Rubiix in March 2011 as the Finance Officer after working 20 years in the Legal and Insurance industries. Kerry is also one of our Bookkeepers and has completed her Certificate IV in Bookkeeping.
While not at Rubiix Kerry enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends. Most weekends are spent watching her three children play sports including football, basketball, netball, cricket and dancing. During the AFL season you will find Kerry at the MCG barracking for Collingwood.

Bernie Ficorilli
Bookkeeper
Bernie is our Bookkeeper with 25 years experience and has her Certificate IV in Bookkeeping. Bernie joined the Rubiix team in 2012. Bernie is dedicated to provide accurate and timely bookkeeping to her clients and enjoys problem solving.
Outside of work she enjoys travelling, nice restaurants and nice wine with friends. She also enjoys going to the gym and running.
