Stuart is a Director and one of the owners of Rubiix Business Accountants. His caring and trustworthy nature lends itself well to providing clients with valued advice. Having worked on a wide variety of businesses in numerous industries as an accountant, Stuart has gained a solid foundation of experience and skill set, enabling him to provide sound advice and focus on solutions for his clients.

Stuart enjoys the thrill of watching and assisting his clients grow their businesses and improve their financial stability through his experience, but also forming part of the clients essential foundations; the trusted adviser. He prides himself in mentoring clients; improving their situations, being in more control of both their business and financial scope and being supportive of client’s dreams and financial objectives, implementing simple strategies that will work for the client. Stuart’s honest, experienced, caring and holistic approach is why he excels in maintaining long term relationships and why clients often succeed. 
Constantly networking around town at business networking events and groups, Stuart is able to keep his finger on the pulse of what various industries are doing and also gains ideas he can present to his business clients. Stuart maintains his own network of resources enabling him to put clients into contact with these resources when additional services or advice is required.

Being technology focused is a must in today’s business environment and Stuart prides himself in utilising technology in his work life, also encouraging clients to do the same. Extensive knowledge in ‘cashbook’ software such as Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks as well as various apps for business clients is at the forefront of Stuart’s push towards embracing technology.

Aside from being passionate about his clients, Stuart is very much a family man and enjoys time with his wife and two children. They adore travelling when they can but also relish in the simplicity of going to a park with a latte and watching the kids have fun on the playground. For some balance and clear thinking, Stuart participates in training and fitness through the F45 training club and pushes himself to join fun runs and perhaps a half marathon every once in a while. Being a Melbournian, Stuart is an avid AFL supporter and you will see him swanning around in a black and red scarf or beanie barracking for the “mighty” bombers.
