When you have a new employee start there is a lot of paperwork to complete. In fact you used to have to order TFN declaration forms from the ATO, but now you can now go online.
The ATO now has a fillable TFN declaration form on their website. You can download it from ato.gov.au/TFNdec or the employee can fill it in on screen as well! If your employee fills it in on screen it can be printed off and then after it is signed make sure you send the original copy to the ATO using the address on the form within 14 days.
